What if I need to cancel or reschedule my cleaning?
We understand that plans can change! If you need to cancel or reschedule your cleaning, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance to avoid any cancellation fees.

Can I use my preferred cleaning products?
Yes! If you have specific cleaning chemicals or products that you prefer to use for your gym, we’re happy to use them for your cleaning service. Simply let us know before your appointment, and we will follow your preferences during the cleaning process.

Do you offer a discount if I supply my own cleaning products?
At this time, we do not offer discounts for supplying your own products. Our pricing is based on the time and labor required to clean your gym. However, we will make sure the cleaning process remains just as thorough and high-quality, regardless of whether you use our products or your own.

Yes! We understand that gyms may have varying hours, so we offer flexible cleaning schedules. Whether you need cleaning early in the morning or late at night, we can accommodate your needs. Just let us know what works best for you.
